Who Needs WCT

The target market for our magazine, Wildlife Control Technology, are the nuisance trappers and the wildlife control people and businesses who need a forum to communicate and exchange ideas. We would like to help educate these people in their knowledge of technique, business and customer relations, and availability and use of the equipment out in the market, so that their businesses succeed and they can better serve their communities and customers.

The magazine is intended for use by golf course grounds keepers, park district employees, suburban and county forest preserve districts, and government agencies in order to help them be aware of the wildlife problems they face and find a solution or treatment for them. Wildlife Control Technology will aid these people who are in need of knowledge about how to identify and handle animal conflicts with man.

Our readers consist of wildlife professionals made up of research scientists, university professors, government administrators, and wildlife operators. These people have spoken of a need for a national trade publication to educate the public on the latest advances in animal nuisance control. WCT has met that need . WCT is the magazine wildlife professionals use to learn about the latest advances in animal nuisance control. WCT magazine will give you information from the actual field worker to the government administrator to the research scientist. We all have a lot to learn from each other.

The Pest Control industry is very interested in wildlife control and would benefit from the publication. We are currently working with Utah State University to establish a credited college level certification program for this fast growing industry.
